PMI Frankfurt Chapter

(PMIFC) is an independent incorporated non-profit association dealing with Project Management. We are a Chapter of the globally leading Project Management Institute (PMI) and tightly linked to PMI via a Chartering Agreement and our Bylaws.

PMIFC was established in 1988 as the first European Chapter of PMI and the second Chapter outside of North America (South Africa was first, in 1981). 1998 the Chapter was revived and since then has multiplied its membership. Members coming from all over Germany and even outside Germany. The respective PMI Frankfurt Chapter e.V. was registered on May 22, 2000 at Amtgericht Frankfurt under VR 12145.

 

PMI Netherlands Chapter

The PMI Netherlands Chapter represents PMI in Netherlands. It is an enthusiastic and energetic chapter that is run by volunteers and strives to deliver maximum value to its members and sponsors. By organizing frequent events brings the experience of practice and the latest developments in the field to its members. PMI Netherlands also facilitates networking between members and the leading organizations the fields of Project, Program and Portfolio Management.

PMI Slovakia Chapter

In Slovakia, Project Management is mainly developed in the IT and Construction sectors. The execution of projects within these industries is lead by professional project managers whose main responsibility is the successful realization of projects. The state of Project Management within other industries has been identified to lack behind the current state of the project management practice. In general, there is significant space for improvement.

PMI Bulgaria Chapter

PMI Bulgaria Chapter is established in December 2009 with the main goal to facilitate the promotion and adoption of PMI standards and best practices in Bulgaria.
In the last few years PMI Bulgaria Chapter has managed to build and sustain a common organizational structure for the active professionals and PMI members in the country. The Chapter provides continuous education and raises the awareness about the new and best practices which will drive the improved quality, innovation, and sustainability in all undertaken projects.

PMI Moscow Chapter

PMI Moscow chapter is a non-profit organization with the goal to share experience, knowledge and skills of Project Managers — members of the chapter, to develop professionalism in project management area through the certification programs (CAPM, PMP, PgMP), to obtain recognition and appreciation of the “Project Manager” profession in Russia.
PMI Moscow chapter is a representative of Project Management Institute (PMI) international organization in Moscow region.

PMI Greek Chapter

PMI GREECE is the Greek Chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI) and it is an independent incorporated non-profit association dealing with Project Management.

PMI GREECE was founded in Athens, Greece in 2002 and it vision is:
“Making Project Management Indispensable for Business Results in Greece»!

PMI GREECE as of January 2014 has 550 members from 250 different organizations and 700 certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs).
Members and certified PMPs come from all over Greece, Cyprus and abroad.

PMI Turkey Chapter

PMI Turkey Chapter is dedicated to promoting professionalism in Project Management. PMI Turkey Chapter has a wide range of PDU offerings to its membership with 30 professional development meeting per year and two national summit organization, including great people, interesting speakers, and practical PM discussions.

A mentoring program is designed for university students to share Project Management knowledge and experience._
PMI Turkey Chapter is also member of PMIEF (PMI Education Foundation) community, and prepared a Project Management Education Kit for Turkish primary school students.

Chapter volunteers deliver trainings to the primary school teachers, and they apply the kit in the class to manage the kid's projects._

PMI Turkey Chapter provides various opportunities for Corporations, Academia, Non-profit and Government organization to promote their product, services or organizational image - through its Sponsorship programs._

PMI Romania Chapter

PMI Romania Chapter, as subsidiary of Project Management Institute, is a leader in Romania representing over 1,000 certified project managers, with a mision to promote agile methodology, project, program, portfolio and risk management best practice and to maximize recognition of these profesions within Romanian companies and public institutions. Our 2014 programs for the project management community are well designed to increase individual involvment through volunteering among Romanian project management practitioners.

Project Management Institute - Belgium Chapter

PMI Belgium – founded in 1998 - is the local representation of the Project Management Institute in Belgium, promoting and supporting professional project management in all facets of projects from all industry sectors.

Today PMI Belgium is close to 1000 members and still looking for new people to join our chapter.

Project Management Institute - Austria Chapter

For more than 14 years the PMI Austria Chapter is the networking and professional development platform for project managers in Austria. The chapter and it’s dynamic crew offers a variety of face-to-face meetings, networking evenings, webinars, project together with academic institutions, B2B projects and a lot of fun within the Austrian community. PMI Austria’s mission is to strengthen the role of project managers in the Austrian Society. We are active in the whole country and are looking beyond our nose and collaborating with our neighboring chapters.

Project Management Institute - Serbia Chapter

PMI Serbia Chapter is the leading Serbian not-for-profit membership association for the project management profession in Serbia and the region. Since its establishment in 2001, the chapter aims to develop and promote global standards and PMI methodology. PMI Serbia Chapter boasts over 230 project management professionals (140 are PMI credential holders) working predominantly in the following areas: information technology, telecommunications, financial and the construction sector. The members are mostly based in Serbia and the region, however a number of them live and work in Canada, Australia, the U.S. and EU countries. We are pleased that one-third of our membership and one-third of our certified professionals are women.
